The house

The townhome spans two floors, with two primary suites downstairs and two guest bedrooms upstairs. Both primary suites have king beds, ensuite walk-in showers, dual sinks, smart TVs and ceiling fans. The upstairs guest bedrooms have a queen bed and a full-lower/twin-upper bunk configuration respectively. Central air conditioning serves all four bedrooms.

The open-plan great room has a smart TV with streaming and cable, a dining area and sliding doors opening onto a covered mountain-view lanai with lounge seating. The kitchen has a granite island with bar seating, stainless appliances, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, rice cooker, utensils and barware.

Included community facilities are a pool, hot tub, fitness center and BBQ pavilions, a short walk across the grounds. Beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, a cooler and grill tools are provided; additional beach-equipment rentals are available for a charge. The home also has a full-size washer and dryer, linens, bath products, a hair dryer, iron, Ethernet connection and smart TVs with streaming and cable. Free parking includes a garage and a second space in front of it.

Kiahuna Golf Course is within walking distance. Poipu Beach and the Shops at Kukui’ula are a short drive away. The shops include galleries, restaurants and a Saturday farmers market. Shipwreck Beach and Spouting Horn are nearby; Waimea Canyon and the Na Pali Coast offer further excursions.
