The equipped island kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, stone counters, an oversized breakfast bar, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, toaster and rice cooker. A covered lanai provides outdoor dining overlooking the fairway, with mountain and partial ocean views.
The primary bedroom is on the townhome’s first floor and has a king bed, mountain views, lanai access and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the second bedroom has a king bed and mountain views, while the third has two twin beds and mountain and partial ocean views. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A separate half bathroom is downstairs. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans and central air conditioning.
Community facilities include a pool, hot tub, fitness room, shared barbecues and landscaped walkways.
