The house

The open-plan living area has a sectional sofa, a smart TV and a dining area seating six. The equipped island kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, stone counters, an oversized breakfast bar, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, toaster and rice cooker. A covered lanai provides outdoor dining overlooking the fairway, with mountain and partial ocean views.

The primary bedroom is on the townhome’s first floor and has a king bed, mountain views, lanai access and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the second bedroom has a king bed and mountain views, while the third has two twin beds and mountain and partial ocean views. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A separate half bathroom is downstairs. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans and central air conditioning.

Community facilities include a pool, hot tub, fitness room, shared barbecues and landscaped walkways. The home has central air conditioning throughout, high-speed Wi-Fi, a workstation, smart TVs, a washer and dryer, and free parking. Beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and a cooler are provided. Poipu Beach, shopping, dining and surf are minutes away.
