No smoking, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 25. Children and infants are welcome. After booking confirmation, guests must complete a pre-check-in form to confirm identity and booking details and provide official photographic identification.
Getting there
The apartment is on the third floor with an elevator. A cat usually lives in the apartment; guests with allergies should take this into account.
