LIVING & DINING AREA The main living space is bright and welcoming, arranged for both lounging and entertaining. Thoughtful decorative pieces and design touches add personality without ever feeling cluttered, making the space perfect for slow mornings or long evenings in. SECOND LOUNGE Just beyond, a second living room offers a comfortable additional sofa and a calmer, more flexible setup.

It works beautifully as a reading corner, a playroom for little ones, or simply a separate spot to unwind when travelling as a group. KITCHEN The kitchen is clean and contemporary, and the standout detail is the charming breakfast nook tucked into the corner, a lovely place for a quick coffee, a casual lunch, or keeping the cook company while dinner is on. BEDROOMS The apartment offers three bedrooms, each thoughtfully arranged for comfort. The master bedroom is spacious and moody, painted in a deep shade of moss green that pairs beautifully with the classic black-and-white marble mantlepiece.

It also benefits from its own en-suite bathroom, creating a private retreat at the end of the day. The second bedroom features a double bed and a dedicated desk area, ideal for remote working. The third bedroom is a peaceful single, also equipped with a desk, making it a great option for a child, a friend, or a solo traveller who wants their own quiet space. BATHROOMS There are two bathrooms, plus a separate toilet. The first is the en-suite bathroom adjoined to the principal bedroom, fitted with a walk-in shower and wash basin.

The second bathroom offers a bathtub and a sink, perfect for a long soak after a day exploring the city.
