House rules
Maximum occupancy is six guests. Bed-configuration changes must be requested at booking and approved in writing; additional housekeeping attendance for changes is charged to guests. Any approved dog stay is limited to one dog, is subject to terms and conditions, and carries a standard $200 fee. Dogs must remain on the lower floor and must not enter bedrooms or carpeted areas or go on furniture; extra cleaning costs apply for breaches. Dogs must be rinsed and dried after beach visits, kept on a lead in common areas, and kept out of the community pool enclosure and water. Do not leave dogs unattended for long periods; dogs whose barking disturbs neighbours must be removed. Collect dog waste from common areas during the stay and on departure using a sealed plastic bag.
Getting there
Beach access to Peregian Main Beach is through the park opposite, in front of Peregian Beach Surf Club. The village, cafes and shops are nearby; a car is not needed for these local amenities but is useful for visiting natural attractions around the Sunshine Coast. The apartment spans three levels, with a spiral staircase to the top-floor bedroom and deck. There is no fenced yard.
