The house

The apartment spans three levels. The ground floor has an equipped kitchen, open-plan living and dining areas, a powder room and laundry, and a patio with outdoor dining. Sliding doors connect the living area to the patio. The lounge has a leather sofa, an armchair, a 65-inch Smart TV with Netflix capability, a Blu-ray DVD player and a Bose sound bar; the dining table seats six.

On the second level, the master bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite with shower and toilet, and a private deck. Bedroom 2 has two long single beds by default, which can be joined as a king on approved request. The main bathroom has a shower over a bath and a toilet. The top-floor bedroom has a double bed and access to a covered deck with ocean views through the trees; this level is reached by a spiral staircase.

The kitchen includes a gas stovetop with wok burner, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cooking utensils and a Breville coffee machine requiring ground coffee. A timber breakfast bar has three stools. Other facilities include ducted and split-system air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer, dryer and medium Weber Q barbecue. Linen and standard departure cleaning are included. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome, and long-term stays are allowed.

The complex has a shared outdoor swimming pool. Renovation of the pool and barbecue area is scheduled for May/June 2026, with no pool access and limited parking during that period.
