House rules
Guests must either transfer a £250.00 damage deposit, subject to a £10.00 administration charge, or purchase a £25.00 Accidental Damage Waiver covering up to £500.00 of accidental damage during the stay.
Getting there
The apartment is on the ground floor. The beach, lower promenade and Saltburn Train Station are a short walk away. Private parking is limited to one vehicle.
