The house

The apartment has a spacious living area with a grey sofa, blue velvet armchair and flat-screen TV. The sofa folds out for use as a bed when travelling with young children. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker and shares its space with a dining area containing a wooden table and two chairs; additional dining chairs are available. A private patio reached from the kitchen has outdoor seating and a table.

The bedroom has a king-size bed with bedding, a dressing table and hanging space. The bathroom contains a large walk-in shower, WC and wash basin. Guests have access to the full apartment, and private on-site parking accommodates one vehicle at the rear.

The beach and lower promenade are a short walk away, as are local shops, bars, restaurants and Saltburn Train Station. Local walking options include Valley Gardens and the Cleveland Way National Trail. Train services connect to Longbeck, Redcar, Middlesbrough and Darlington, with onward connections to other cities. Local bus routes serve coastal villages and inland destinations.
