The home accommodates up to seven guests and has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area opening onto a large sundeck. Outdoor spaces include a spacious lawn, bean bags, a garden table and chairs, and a barbecue. A ground-floor bedroom is available.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed; bedroom 2 has a double and a single bed; bedroom 3 has two king single beds. The lounge also has a fold-out bed. Bathroom 1 has a bath, shower, toilet and hand basin; bathroom 2 has a shower, toilet and hand basin.
The kitchen includes a microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, hobs, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. Other facilities include free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, Freeview, games, heaters, a heat pump, air conditioning, a hairdryer, a washing machine and a clothes dryer.
Linen is included: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels are supplied, with beds made before arrival and stripped after departure. Pillows and duvets are provided. There is no pool or hot tub. The beach is a seven-minute drive away, and central Whitianga is ten minutes away.
