Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. The maximum occupancy is four guests, with two additional guests accommodated on the living-room sofa bed when prepared. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise, €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. The mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
