The house

The villa stands on a fenced plot with neighbours nearby and artificial lawn in front of the house. A heather-covered terrace provides space for outdoor barbecues, with two sun loungers alongside a chlorine-treated pool measuring 6 × 3 m and 1.32 m deep. The pool is available from May 1 to October 31.

Inside, an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area has a ceramic hob, microwave, round dining table, armchairs and satellite TV. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom with a shower. A sofa bed in the living room can be prepared for two additional guests. A cot and high chair can also be provided for a baby. Ducted air conditioning serves the whole house. The laundry area includes a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for two cars are available.

Búger is 1.6 km away, with a grocery store, bars and restaurants in the centre; further services are available in Sa Pobla. The nearest beach, Puerto de Alcúdia, is approximately 15.5 km away.
