House rules
Pets are not permitted, including Emotional Support Animals, except trained service dogs. Service dogs are exempt from pet fees; no documentation is required. A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. Full room-and-tax payment is charged 2 days before arrival in summer, 14 days before arrival in winter, and 45 days before arrival over the Festive season. Once the deposit is received, reservations are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-changeable; cancellation incurs a penalty of 100% of the full reservation value.
Getting there
Located in Whistler Village on Skiers Plaza, steps from the gondolas to Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. Vancouver International Airport is the nearest airport; express bus or shuttle takes 2.5 hours, rideshare and rental cars are also options, and there is no public transit option.
