What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Are pets allowed?
Pets, including Emotional Support Animals, are not permitted, except trained service dogs. Service dogs are exempt from pet fees, and no documentation is required.
What accommodation types are available?
Studio Suites, One Bedroom Suites, and Two Bedroom Suites are available. All suites include fully equipped kitchens and balconies.
What is the nearest airport, and how can I get to the hotel?
Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is the nearest airport. Express bus or shuttle service takes 2.5 hours; rideshare and rental cars are also options. There is no public transit option.
