House rules
Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local office address is available upon request for $50 / package and $75 for larger items. Contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservations exceeding eight days require a scheduled In-Stay Refresh and an additional payment arranged by the Reservation Team. Longer stays require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. Early check-in and late checkout require authorization by text message from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depend on availability. Reservation confirmation requires electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the total is due upon booking and the balance 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before the 110-day deadline refunds the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; after full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. Rental periods of 30 nights or more are non-refundable.
Getting there
Walking access to skiing and town; close to the gondola at Mountain Village core. Ski shuttle service is available. A maximum of one car is permitted at the property. The home is for sale and showings may occur during reservations, with 24 hours' notice if possible.
