The house

The 3,517-square-foot cabin has an open-concept living room with high ceilings, a stone fireplace, wood and natural-stone finishes, and furnished seating. A furnished patio provides a grill and outdoor dining space. A private theater has tiered seating. There are four full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

Two bedrooms have king beds and ensuite bathrooms. A third has a split king that can be configured as one king or two twins. The fourth has two twin-over-twin bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom.

The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, toaster, kettle, standard drip and Keurig coffee makers, a kitchen island and dining table. The home also provides heating, a washer and dryer, linens, towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, televisions, a private entrance, garage, free Wi-Fi and a desk/workspace.

The home is within walking distance of skiing and town, close to the gondola at the Mountain Village core, and offers ski shuttle service. Up to two days of access to the Peaks Resort amenities, including its spa, gym, pool and hot tub, are included. Additional day passes can be requested from the Reservation Team at an additional cost.

The home is for sale, and showings may occur during a stay, with 24 hours' notice given if possible.
