House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, and proof of age is required. Pets are not allowed. Outdoor music is prohibited, and indoor music must not be audible outdoors or at the property line. Daytime conversation and other people noise must remain measured and reasonable; daytime is defined as 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Optional pool and spa heating costs extra per day and must be requested before arrival; heating can take up to 48 hours.
Getting there
The home is in Vista Las Palmas, close to downtown Palm Springs, the uptown design district, hiking, museums, casinos, markets and golf courses.
