The house

Built by the Alexander Construction Company in 1961, this home accommodates up to six guests. Post-and-beam ceilings, walls of glass and open living spaces connect with a landscaped backyard through 20-foot sliding doors. The renovated kitchen has custom cabinetry, a quartz island and stainless steel appliances. There are family and living rooms, renovated bathrooms, an indoor dining table, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, and a private front yard. The backyard includes a pebble-finish pool with a tanning shelf, a whirlpool spa and views of palm trees and mountains. Linens, sheets, towels, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, and laundry facilities are provided.
