House rules

The booking guest must be at least 21. Up to two pets are permitted with approval and a fee per pet; undisclosed pets may incur a $500 fine per pet. Notify the operator about registered service animals or emotional support animals. Smoking is prohibited; violations incur a $500 cleaning fee plus responsibility for smoking-related damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may incur fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Park only in the provided one-car space: no street or lawn parking, no obstruction of sidewalks, no parking within 15 ft of a mailbox or hydrant or within 30 ft of a STOP sign. Commercial, recreational or signed vehicles cannot enter the community; boats, trailers, RVs and golf carts are not allowed. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking. Pool and spa heating is optional, available November 1–March 31 for an additional fee.

Getting there

Parking is limited to one car. Commercial, recreational or signed vehicles cannot enter Lake Wilson Preserve; boats, trailers, RVs and golf carts are not allowed. Disney's nearest gates are about 15–20 minutes away; Universal is roughly 30–35 minutes up I-4, SeaWorld is a little closer, and LEGOLAND is about 40 minutes south in Winter Haven. ChampionsGate is under 10 minutes away.
