- Parking
- Free private parking for one car only. No street, lawn or sidewalk-obstructing parking; no parking within 15 ft of a mailbox or hydrant or within 30 ft of a STOP sign. Commercial, recreational or signed vehicles cannot enter Lake Wilson Preserve. Boats, trailers, RVs and golf carts are not allowed.
- Pets allowed
- Up to two pets are allowed with approval and a fee per pet; dogs are welcome. Undisclosed pets brought without approval may incur a $500 fine per pet. Notify the operator if bringing a registered service animal or emotional support animal.

Pool
Private pool- Heated
Private pool within a screened lanai, with loungers and covered seating. Pool and spa heat is available November 1–March 31 for an additional fee. There is no access to a community resort pool or gym.
