Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard arrivals end at 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations; reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
Getting there
The apartment is on the third floor with a lift. The mezzanine bedroom requires stairs from the study area. The apartment is in a limited traffic zone (ZTL); leaving the car in nearby parking facilities and exploring the old town on foot is recommended. Clubs nearby may cause evening and nighttime noise. Other accommodations occupy the building. Como train station is a five-minute walk away; Milan Malpensa Airport is a 45-minute drive away.
