The apartment is on the third floor of a building with a lift and has exposed wooden ceiling beams. The living room has a double sofa bed and a private balcony with city views. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, espresso machine, moka pot, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster and juicer.
One bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has two single beds on a mezzanine reached by stairs from a study area with a desk. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a toilet.
Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, television and satellite TV are available. Other accommodations occupy the same building. The central, lively location can be affected by club noise during evening and night hours.
The apartment is in a limited traffic zone (ZTL); leaving the car in nearby parking facilities and exploring the old town on foot is recommended. Como train station is a five-minute walk away, and Milan Malpensa Airport is a 45-minute drive away.
