Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The published arrival window begins at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations; reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
Getting there
The apartment is in the ZTL limited traffic zone; leaving the car in a nearby parking facility and exploring the old town on foot is recommended. Sleeping rooms are upstairs. Nearby clubs may cause evening and nighttime noise. Other accommodations occupy the building. Como train station is a five-minute walk away; Milan Malpensa Airport is a 45-minute drive away.
