The house

The apartment spans the ground floor and an upstairs sleeping area. The spacious entrance has sofas, including a double sofa bed. The dining room has reserved access to the apartment's porch, furnished with a small table and two chairs. The kitchen opens onto a small courtyard and includes a microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and juicer.

Upstairs are a queen-bed bedroom, a room with a single bed and an extra bed, and a room with a double sofa bed. A ground-floor bathroom has a shower and washing machine; two further bathrooms with showers are upstairs. Other equipment includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, television, fans, an iron and a hairdryer.

Other accommodations occupy the building. The central, lively location can be noisy during evening and night hours because of nearby clubs. The apartment is in a limited traffic zone. Como train station is a five-minute walk away, and Milan Malpensa Airport is a 45-minute drive away.
