Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for more information if travelling with pets. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. The arrival window starts at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. Check out no later than 10:00.
Getting there
The building has no elevator. Nearby scaffolding may cause daytime noise. The Forte Vigliena bathing platform is 50 meters away and Cala Rossa Beach is 200 meters away; both are accessible from the fortified walls of Ortigia’s Levante waterfront. Catania Fontanarossa Airport is less than an hour’s drive away.
