The house

Palazzo Bozzanca is a late-19th-century aristocratic residence protected by the Sovrintendenza, with Art Nouveau facade decorations. It forms part of the historic architectural complex along Via della Maestranza and is the twin of Palazzo Borgia in Piazza Duomo. The building has no elevator.

The apartment has a living area with high vaulted ceilings, a double sofa bed and a dining table. A smart-working area connects the living room to a separate kitchen equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, oven, moka coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A hairdryer, television, washing machine, Wi-Fi, heat-pump heating and air conditioning are provided.

The Forte Vigliena bathing platform is 50 meters away and Cala Rossa Beach is 200 meters away, both accessible from the fortified walls of Ortigia’s Levante waterfront. Catania Fontanarossa Airport is less than an hour’s drive away. Nearby scaffolding may cause noise during daylight hours.
