A separate recreation room has a private bar, pool table, stereo, barstools and two couches. A private office has closing doors.
Outside are a private 20 x 40 sculpted pool with a waterfall, an eight-person Jacuzzi, a large back lawn, an outdoor grill and a spacious back patio with furniture and an umbrella. A two-car garage and five beach-cruiser bicycles are provided. Downtown Bridgehampton is a few minutes away by car.
The second-floor bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning, a full ensuite bathroom, cable TV, a walk-in closet and a balcony/deck.
