House rules
No smoking. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken; cats are not allowed, and pets may not enter the pool or hot tub. Up to two dogs are permitted, with one additional pet allowed for $100 plus tax per week. The great-room fireplace is not available for use. Scheduled arrival and departure are on Sunday. Limited early check-in may be reserved for an additional fee, subject to qualification.
Getting there
Private neighborhood beach access is a seven-minute walk around the neighborhood lake. The 4x4 ride-on beach access and Currituck Lighthouse are a short drive away. Grocery shopping, shopping and entertainment, and The Currituck Club Golf Course are less than a mile away. The main living, dining and kitchen area is on the third floor. Parking is limited to five vehicles.
