- Third-floor kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils, blender, drip and pod coffee makers, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. The ground-floor kitchenette has a compact refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and wet bar.
- Washing machine
- Washer and dryer provided.
Pool
Private poolPrivate outdoor pool, advertised size 12 × 24. Seasonal opening dates: April 26–October 10, 2026, and April 25–October 9, 2027. A hot tub is also available.
