House rules
The guest cottage is not required for the eight-person house occupancy; using it increases total occupancy to ten people. The boathouse is not rented separately from the house. Pets are welcome.
Getting there
The property has a small private partly sandy beach, direct oceanfront, floating docks, a slipway, a stone pier, and a wharf. Access is via a twisty graveled road on Otter Point Road. The guest cottage is available only with the house and can increase occupancy from eight people to ten people in total. Boathouse use is an additional option and it is not rented separately from the house.
