What staying here is like
The 3,000-square-foot home has generous principal rooms, a fireplace, hardwood floors, exposed beams, a seaside deck, and a private balcony from the upper bedrooms. A self-contained two-storey guest cottage, including a fifth bedroom, can increase occupancy from eight people in the house to ten people in total. The boathouse has a lower-level living area, upper-level sleeping and bathing areas, and an outside sun deck; it is not rented separately from the house.
