The apartment has a living-dining room with television and a sofa bed prepared for the fifth guest. A private terrace overlooks the shared garden and pool. The separate kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, juicer and crockery. A washing machine, towels, hair dryer, gas central heating, baby cot and high chair are available.
Both bedrooms have two single beds, air conditioning and a wardrobe. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and access to the terrace. A second bathroom also has a bathtub.
The complex has a shared chlorinated pool measuring 10 by 5.5 metres, with depths from 0.5 to 2 metres, a lawn and sun loungers. Pool opening dates are subject to community regulations and may change seasonally without notice; updated information is available on arrival.
Canyamel Beach is a short walk away, at 340 metres. Canyamel has supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Golf Canyamel is 2.5 km away, and the Caves of Artà and Tower of Canyamel are nearby.
Pets and events are not permitted, and the living-room fireplace cannot be used. A EUR 150 damage deposit is payable to the owner on arrival. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in, with seasonal rates and exemptions for children under 16.
