House rules
Four guests sleep in the bedrooms; a sofa bed is prepared for one additional guest, for a maximum of five. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. The living-room fireplace cannot be used. Pool use must not disturb neighbours. A EUR 150 damage deposit is payable to the owner on arrival. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.
