House rules
The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked. Loud music is allowed only within limits and during specified hours, and noise must remain mild and within the villa. Alcohol is allowed. Events and shoots require the home owner's approval. A maximum of 9 people can be accommodated overnight for an approved event or shoot. Meals for events can be arranged at additional cost. Pool access for events or shoots requires the home owner's approval.
Getting there
The villa is in Alibaug, Maharashtra. The best way to reach it is by private car or taxi. Public-transport options listed are State Transport buses, Mumbai-Panvel Railway station, and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport.
