Can I book only one or two rooms?
No. The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked.
Are meals provided onsite?
Meals are provided onsite at additional charges. Tea and coffee are served during breakfast and afternoon tea time; daytime tea or coffee can be arranged at an additional charge.
Is loud music allowed?
Loud music is allowed within limits and during specific hours. Noise must remain mild and within the villa.
How can guests reach the villa by public transport?
The listed options are State Transport buses, Mumbai-Panvel Railway station, and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport; a private car or taxi is described as the best way to reach the home.
Are events or shoots allowed?
Yes, subject to the home owner's approval. A maximum of 9 people can be accommodated overnight for an event or shoot, and pool access is also subject to approval.
