Weekly stays are offered. Christmas/New Year's arrivals on December 23, 24, or 25 may be subject to a minimum number of nights. A 12.5% hotel tax, 5% service charge, $300 cleaning fee, and $59 non-refundable damage waiver apply. The damage waiver covers up to the first $500 of accidental damage when damage is reported while on the island; damage above $500 is the guest's responsibility. The loft twin beds do not convert to a king. The listing describes the property as suitable for families with older children.
Getting there
The villa is in the Klein Bay neighborhood on a private dead-end road. A secluded pebble beach is approximately a five-minute walk away, with snorkeling when conditions permit. Cruz Bay is approximately a 10-minute drive away. A jeep rental is recommended for a private-home stay.
