The house

The villa has an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with vaulted cathedral ceilings, exposed wood beams, screened louvered doors, and furnishings. The kitchen has marble countertops, a four-burner gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, dishes, utensils, cookware, and a gas barbecue grill. The property includes a private pool with a tiled sundeck, lounge chairs, a partially covered deck, outdoor dining areas, and ocean views.

The living area has a flatscreen cable TV, Wi-Fi, and a three-speaker stereo system. Two primary suites each have a king bed, air conditioning, an ocean-view private deck, flatscreen cable TV, an en-suite bathroom with a double-sink vanity, and an outdoor garden shower. The loft bedroom has two twin beds that do not convert to a king, a private bathroom with a single vanity and interior tiled shower, and an interior staircase connection. Linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, and a starter packet of paper products are provided.
