House rules
Pets are not allowed. Parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks events, are prohibited. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and must accommodate only the guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; notify management of changes. The spa is not for guest use; the sauna is available. Peak periods may have required move-in days, subject to the terms and conditions.
Getting there
The home occupies two storeys. Fairhaven Surf Life Saving Club is 1.2 km away, Fairhaven Beach 1.7 km, Sentinel Rock 3 km, Eagle Rock Marine Sanctuary 3.4 km and Sandy Gully Beach 4.4 km. Aireys Inlet Lighthouse and Lorne are a short drive away. Parking is limited to four vehicles, with no guest garage access.
