Suitable for children. No pets, parties or smoking. Evidence of smoking may incur a minimum €200 fee. Complete the online check-in form with guest details and expected arrival time, verify your identity before entry, and complete the legally required guest registration after reservation confirmation. Self check-in is from 15:00, subject to availability and confirmation; check-out is at 11:00. For stays longer than 30 nights, a utilities fair-use limit of 80€ applies. Extra keys cost 20€ for an extra pair when available, lost keys or a door-opening service during the stay. Extra cleaning with linen costs the applicable cleaning fee. Extra towels and sheets for two people cost 30€, with the stated condition 'when the sofa bed is not included'. Free cancellation is available up to five days before check-in.
Getting there
Several street stairs and steep or challenging steps lead to the apartment; consider this when carrying large or heavy luggage. Ceilings are low in some areas. Ponte do Infante and Praça dos Poveiros are each 300 m away. São Bento station is a 10-minute walk away; the upper level of the D. Luís bridge, the cathedral and Aliados Avenue are within a 10-minute walk.
