The house

Oneck Oasis accommodates up to eight guests and has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms plus a half bathroom. The approximately 2,300-square-foot home has an open-plan living area, a sectional sofa, two wood fireplaces, a SONOS speaker system and a kitchen with a granite island, wraparound counter and microwave. Meals can be enjoyed at the adjacent farmhouse table or on the back patio. A work-from-home desk with monitors is available.

The second floor contains a king bedroom with a TV, a double/full bedroom and a nursery with a crib. The main-floor bedroom has two bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and closets. A pack and play is also available. The main floor has a half bathroom and a full bathroom with a shower; upstairs are a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and another with a shower.

Outdoor facilities include a private pool, fenced backyard, a large side yard for lawn games, a grill, patio furniture and two beach cruisers. The pool itself is not fenced. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and a dryer are provided.

Main Street in Westhampton Beach is within walking distance, and Rogers Beach is a short bicycle or car ride away. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
