House rules
The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. A damage deposit of 200.00 EUR applies. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges.

Platja de Gandia is 10 metres away on foot. The apartment is on the ninth floor with lift access. Garage parking is limited to one car.
