The house

The ninth-floor apartment has lift access, a terrace and a spacious living-dining room with television and sea views. Each of the four bedrooms has a wardrobe: one has a double bed, two have two single beds each, and the fourth has one single bed. Both bathrooms have bathtubs. A cot, high chair, towels and two fans are available.

The renovated kitchen includes a gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, juicer and crockery. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. There is one free garage parking space.

The complex has a grassy children's playground with swings and a slide, plus a chlorinated communal pool measuring 14 × 8 metres, with depths from 0.4 to 1.75 metres. Its scheduled season is June 1 to September 30, with opening hours of 10:00–15:00 and 17:00–22:00. Community regulations may change the season without notice, and health-related closures are possible. Updated pool information is available on arrival.

Platja de Gandia is 10 metres away on foot. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafés are nearby; the nearest supermarket is 0.14 km away. The bus stop is 0.10 km away and Graó Gandía railway station is 2.8 km away.
