House rules
No smoking. No pets allowed. Saturday check-in and checkout. Early check-in is offered in limited weekly quantities for an additional fee, subject to qualification. Children must not ride the elevator unattended or play in or around it. Do not stand between the elevator gate and landing door or enter the hoistway. Do not use the elevator if its locking system is faulty, unusual sounds occur or the ride is abnormal; do not attempt repairs.
Getting there
Tide Arch South Access serves the beach. From the front of the house, it is ten steps to the boardwalk crossing the dunes to the beach. The home is semi-oceanfront. Elevator dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant; steps or thresholds may be required for access.
