Pool
Private pool- Heated
L-shaped outdoor in-ground pool, with size published as 8x20. Standard opening dates are April 25–October 9, 2026, and April 24–October 8, 2027. Optional heating costs $500 plus tax per week and is unavailable in July and August. For 2026, an extended opening date of April 11 and extended closing date of October 16 are offered; extending pool dates costs $100 plus tax per week. A poolside cabana and hot tub are provided. Separate community outdoor and kiddie pools are also available.
