House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Maximum one pet per stay; dangerous animals are not accepted. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover. In low season, check-in and check-out times may be flexible by arrangement. Mandatory concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional electric-car charging is available for an extra charge; ask the on-site team. Optional linen: kitchen towels €2 per booking, towel set €7 per booking, double-bed linen €18 per booking, single-bed linen €14 per booking. Optional end-of-stay cleaning €150 per booking and bath mat €3 per booking. Refundable security deposit €800 per booking, held by card pre-authorization. Tourist tax is included in the total price; the source also says it is payable before the stay. Bed linen and towels are not supplied unless ordered; ordered linen is supplied for the stay without replacement. Cleaning during the stay is not provided.
