- Two outdoor parking spaces at the same building are included. An electric-vehicle charging point is available at extra charge; enquire with the on-site team.
- Pets allowed
- Pets are accepted, maximum one per stay; dangerous animals are not accepted. Pet service is included.

- Two equipped kitchens, including a gas cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee makers.
- Washing machine
- Washing machine in the utility room; a washing machine is also noted in the master-suite shower room.
