Is parking available?
Complimentary parking is available for hotel residents. The car park entrance is on Magpie Lane, accessed through Merton Street off the High Street. Four EV charging points are available and charges apply via the Monta app; guests are advised to bring their own charging cables.

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Guaranteed check-in is from 3:00 pm. Check-out is by 11:00 am. Late departures may be arranged subject to availability.
Are children welcome?
Children of all ages are welcome. Cots are complimentary, and extra beds for children up to 16 years are available for £80 per day.
Are tea and coffee facilities provided in the rooms?
Tea and coffee-making facilities are provided in all hotel rooms. Some higher room categories offer Nespresso machines.
