The house

The approximately 1,000-square-foot home has an open-plan living and dining area and an equipped kitchen with appliances, a coffee maker, cookware and counter space. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer, bed linens and bath and pool/beach towels are provided.

All three bedrooms are on the main floor of the main house. The primary bedroom and second bedroom each have a queen bed; the third has a bunk bed. Each bedroom has air conditioning and a standard closet, and bedroom 2 has streaming TV. The main floor also has a full bathroom with a shower and a separate powder room.

Outdoor facilities include a private heated freshwater pool, a covered deck/patio, a gas grill, hot-and-cold outdoor shower, lounge chairs, patio furniture with a table, chairs and umbrella, beach chairs and a cooler. Parking and an electric vehicle charger are available.

Nearby beaches include Ponquogue Beach, Meschutt Beach and Tiana Town Beach. Restaurants, shops, art galleries and golf courses are nearby. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
