House rules
No smoking anywhere on the premises, including balconies. Parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings, are prohibited. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Unless previously agreed otherwise, stays are for private residential use and only the guests recorded on the booking may be accommodated. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management of changes. Pets are prohibited unless Pets Welcome is advertised. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.
Getting there
The sea and pier are a short stroll across the road. A longer stroll along the ocean walk leads into central Lorne. The apartment spans three levels, with lift access to all levels and a stairwell between floors. Undercover parking is limited to two cars.
