The house

Oceania 11 has French provincial and Hamptons-inspired furnishings and artwork throughout. Ground-level entry is through a double lock-up garage with a laundry. A lift and stairwell connect the upper floors. The middle level contains three bedrooms and a hallway study space. The rear and middle bedrooms share the main bathroom; the master bedroom has an ensuite and a private furnished balcony. The top level has an open-plan kitchen and living area leading to a north-facing tiled deck with outdoor furniture and a large barbecue.

Facilities include smart TVs, a sound system, Google Nest controls, heating, an indoor fireplace, a bathtub, shower, iron and smoke detector. Linen is provided. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are welcome.
